Nice! I won the 16 pc butcher block cutlery set. I had to pay $10 for a notarized affidavit of eligibility and had to download an app to scan the 3 page affidavit as one document. On an $80 prize lol . It was shipped FedEx and I diligently tracked the package multiple times daily. FedEx app has a feature that allows you to track the driver all day long. I watched until he was around my corner and I went and stood at the end of my driveway and watched him drive by as I waved. He went down around the corner and turned around while I walked down the hill to see him looking right at me while I was waving, he waved, I walked back to the end of my driveway as he was coming back up the hill and I stood on the road waving him down again and again he waved at me and kept on going.2 minutes later he scanned it as undeliverable. It was sent back to the company who fulfilled Quakers contest prizes and I have no recourse whatsoever. 2nd pkg from FedEx in a row that I have lost and can’t do anything about it. Filing a complaint with FedEx is futile at best, did it twice, they promised to call back and never did twice. I’m out the $10 and sour on both FedEx and Quaker . I hope you don’t go through this mess like I did but yeah you will have to get a notary, my state is minimum $10

I take my affys to my bank or local library. They will notarize documents for free....maybe you can do this, as well. My state is Oklahoma.

FedEx sucks!!! Horrible customer service! You can't get a hold of anyone if there's a problem. It's all AI automation. I can't even call my local FedEx. I used to ship a lot of eBay stuff through them, but they've lost my business. I actually watched a couple of my packages being delivered to my neighbors' front porch.

Yep. I totally agree. I was able to file a complaint both times but they lie when they say they are going to contact you after investigation. I refuse to do business with them. Unfortunately there are a lot of companies who use them for their shipping and I don’t have control over that. I have a package being delivered tomorrow FedEx and I am hoping they actually deliver it to me for once

ya, this one is a little complicated to claim. It was $15 at our local notary place in California. It used to be $10. Then I did have an issue uploading the affidavit. At least I got an email back telling me what I did wrong in the upload process (I thought I had all the papers in one PDF but I did not. I had to have my husband who is much more tech savvy than me do it.) We need a new air fryer so this was worth it to us. Now let's home it gets delivered without any other issues. Sorry to hear that FedEx is not reliable for you. Wishing you better luck on future sweepstakes wins.
