Propel IW - Itunes cards, anyone get them yet?

It's been some time since I won them - but propel IW game had 2 week gym memberships that were subbed out to $15 iTunes cards if there wasn't a gym close enough to you... I won them on 5/5. 6/4 and 6/20, and I still haven't gotten them. I was wondering if anyone else got theirs or if they were still waiting or had contact info on that. I still have the code thing that popped up after I won but it won't do me any good if I don't have contact info... Thanks!
 
I won one and received it within a couple of weeks. Since these were limited to 1 per person, you may have disqualified yourself. Good luck though
