problems with login for tobacco sweeps

I have a very frustrating problem with the tobacco sweeps/instant. recently most tobacco companies wanted an updated password that includes numbers and a symbol.

so I changed password , next time I tried to login did not recognize.

changed in Google also (when go to settings it shows correctly)

cleared history

every day I have to go through the same routine, looks right on screen # of dots but I have to put in my info every day.

I did find in Edge that it is saving my security answer (which is totally weird) even though I tell it not to change.

any thoughts, suggestion, etc.?
 
I also am having the same problem, it's at the point right now where I've stopped playing them
 
heads up - whenever 1 Tobacco/nicotine site makes you change your password, all the other sites they run will make you change to the new password too - just had to do that with the VELO site promo
 
FIX - use the same pw across all the other sites they own.

I too being asked or told weekly to change password.. or says crazy things..
My solution was to actually call I called camel RJ Reynolds and sat with their attendant on the phone for almost an hour and a half no kidding as they corrected every single RJ Reynolds website with my login and password and now it's all set remember you only need one username and one password because it works for all of their RJ Reynolds sites
 
Last night ran into the same situation on all RJ Reynolds site rj Reynolds sites what a pain in the .... This really needs to be fixed.

But on the bright side I did win 2 prizes from RJ Reynolds right after forced to change my password

The 1st time this all weird stuff began to happen I actually called there in a woman it I actually called there in a woman it took about an hour and a 1/2 to figure it all out to figure it all out and she changed everything correctly but here we are just 2 but here we are just 2 weeks later same situation

IIRC the wknds are when they act up & if you just leave it alone for a day or so it fixes
