Ok, on Sept. 11th, I won $25 e code. I couldn't get it to generate a virtual code. So, I emailed nextviewservices.com and they tell me after all this time for me to do a screen shot and send it to them. What's a screen shot? Called 2 different numbers for camel sweepstakes. No help there either! Anyone else still having this problem? How do I fix it? Thanks for the help.

A screen shot is a photo of the screen/page you are viewing. They want you to take photo of what you're seeing and send it to them.

Sometimes in order to do it the PC way, you also have to push the Fn button located on the left side of your keyboard.

On a PC you "print screen" which means copy the screen, then you open Photoshop, or whatever your editing software is, create new, and paste. Done. I'm editing this post because I'm older than dirt, and I think everyone with a pc knows there is a "print screen button." It's next to F12

i didnt have a problem with mine because i read other posts about how people used the camel snus site instead.and it worked perfectly fine for me

It seems like it is always a huge hassle to win from them. Sometimes I have gotten it to work and other times I wasted a bunch of time and got frustrated. Good luck.
I still don't really know how to do a screenshot.

Use the snipping tool on your computer to take a screen shot! It's very easy. Hope it works out for you and congrats!
