Is anyone giving any of there prizes that they won this year as Christmas gifts?

What prize would you love to win for yourself this Christmas?

28 weeks later dvd goes to my dad
rush hour 3 (tshirts and hat) goes to my brother
Cd goes to my mom

I usually keep most of the prizes I win.

I would love to win the polly pocket iw for my daughter. I have been trying since It started.
And I won a nintendo sweepstakes ds a while back, I would love to win some games for it. :)

:sunny: I give away about 3/4 of all the things I win. I have a box that I put prizes in for giveaways and when I need a gift for someone, I pick one out.

I would love to win a great vacation for Christmas.

I keep very few of my wins. The kids are getting the xbox 360, the halo 3 game, the spidey game for the wii, a transformer toy, candy grabber, signed diecast car, tshirt...... and a couple more that im waiting on. they get everything pretty much. I claim the dvd's and movie stuff. Im waiting on 225.00 in checks from wins that I hope will get here before xmas. their are 4 xbox games the kids want and its gunna cost that much. so, the money would be nice right now. I would love to win from dynamic forces!! anything from them would be great. or the Star Trek ipod from startrek.com...

Haven't gotten anything that great this year to give away. Last year, gave dad a free year of Netflix (3x rentals). He loved it. Of course, not sure how much he'll love once the free year is up... :)

Got a bunch of stuff to give away earlier in the year for other purposes. The cheaper stuff works out as great gifts, too. Just hoping some GCs I won arrive in time to handout for tips.

For myself..... big screen tv

No, I don't give anything I win as a Christmas present. I either keep it or give it away whenever to whoever wants it. We try to keep the spiritual aspect of Christmas. My children have everything they realistically need. So, they only get a few small things and that's it. I usually make up a gift basket for my parents, because they really don't need anything either. I don't want my children thinking that Christmas is all about getting presents. I want them to grow up honoring and celebrating Christmas the way it was meant to be.

I would if I had any to give away. I do have some items I ordered with GC's I received that I may wrap up and give away. All brand new of course.

I won a wii this year, my son has asked for one since they came out. Originally we were going to give it to him for christmas to share with his sister but, the wii came a week and a half before his birthday so we gave it to him then. He was so thrilled.

Most of my wins that has been received has been used by myself or given away/sold already. I think it's perfectly fine to give your wins as gifts.

My nephew is getting the Ipod I won , Boy oh Boy will he be excited !!! I still have the $250 circuit city giftcard not definite who to spend it on yet.

I give away alot of things I win. I really only keep gift cards for myself.

I would love to win a trip. Never won one. Preferably a Disney trip. The Sharpie one would be great, I have exactly 8 people in my immediate family. would love to take them all on a family trip. keep your fingers crossed.

Or , I'm still holding out for that naked picture of Ernest Borgnine I've always dreamed of!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've got a bunch of things that I was hoping I could use as gifts. We only have one son, a DIL and 3 grandsons, but they seem to have everything. I have the Palm TX, a Halo3 Legends edition video game,(still hoping they will get the XBox 360 so can use this) a set of very expensive skiis and bindings ( Was going to give those to our son but the only ski place near here is not operating anymore UGH!) an Ipod and 50.00 ITune card, etc. I won a nice jacket last night on the Weather Channel IW and my DH will like that. It pains me that they don't seem to need the other things and I have never sold anything on Ebay. Guess I had better start learning!! :-(

Yes ~ I always save and consider people I am getting Christmas gifts for. This year in Ashelyn's classroom they are not having a regular Christmas party ~ we are having everyone buy for the humane society instead. Her teacher and I are going to buy gifts for all of the students and let the play games to "win" them. Of course, I have some of them here. I have the Superman boardgame that I won, and a Nascar Car ~ who knows what all I will find to give those babies! We thought this way none of the kids would get left out. Some of the kids just don't get anything, and we want to make sure that they get something nice at this party. I would rather my kid not get anything!!

It's so good to hear someone say that. I don't mind giving away some of the sweeps stuff ANY time - I ask my kids which one of them wants something so they can fight over it (they're 22 & 24)

But, I totally agree about kids needing to be taught that Christmas isn't all about gifts - and to always keep in mind the reason for Christmas. I often find myself not liking the season anymore because of the stress put on me; however, this should be such a time of celebration. Thank you for waking me up yet again... I'm having to be awakened daily to not get stressed out over the holidays.
