Prize Wish Toolbar installation glitch

I downloaded the Prize Wish Toolbar in hopes of saving me time with the auto-fill. When I went to open and set it up windows ( IE 7 ) stated that the publisher could not be verified. I did a virus check and it was fine. I don't want to harm my system so if anybody has advice it would be appreciated. Thank you :scratch: :)
 
I use IE7, but I never got such a message. However, IE7 is over-kill with security checks; and there's been discussions about this annoyance at other sites.

Prizewish is safe to run.
