I hope this is in the right place

Does anyone know how long it takes to see the credits after shopping via PW?

I think it takes just a few days but I am confirming with my partner. Please stanby. :popcorn:
 
The Answer: In general it should take 72 hours, but it does sometimes take longer. Large orders sometimes can take even longer to verify (in which case the bucks are placed as pending). If a user doesn't see their bucks credited after 4 business days they should feel free to email us.

missunder ~ I have had several pending on PW...I did have to email over 2 different orders but everyone was really quick to post back They have great customer service!!
 
Thanks, I am finding good cust svc also. It just seems to be taking a long time to get credit for an order I placed on the 2nd and I still don't know if and when I will get credit after 2 emails.

Seems Prize Wish customer service has been emailing you and the email keeps bouncing back. Can you contact me via email and send me an alternate contact? :)
