What does "Prize Non-Transferable" mean? Does that mean I can't give it away? Or sell it? How would they know?

Once you have a material item in your hand you can do whatever you want with it. But with a trip, gift certificate or something of that nature, it must be issued in your name and you cannot let someone else use the prize...... hotel, airline, etc. Anyway, that is how I have always interpreted that............ Hope this helps!
