Prize Never Fulfilled

Has anyone ever been given the runaround about a prize after winning?

I won a month's supply of CBD coffee pods back on July 2nd - nearly 4 months ago. They confirmed all of my information including shipping address. About 2 months later I followed up and the actual manufacturer of the coffee sent me an email on a new thread, once again re-confirming my shipping address.

Another month and a half later after following up with the manufacturer, they replied saying they had just reformulated their coffee and would send that soon.

Here we are nearly 4 months later. Part of me wants to keep bumping the email thread with them, another part of me has given up.

Has anyone ever experienced something similar? I feel jipped, especially considering we all know how lovely and rare wins can be!

This happened to me with the Brisk Hobbs and Shaw movie win...that was never fulfilled for many of us here.

I try to stick with major players...not the company sweeps from unknowns.

I'd move on if I were you and enter the big sponsors sweeps, instant, and otherwise.
