Does anyone know how to get in contact with the Prize Fulfillment Services, besides emailing them. couple weeks ago I received my prize, which is a one (1) pair of Northwest Airline Travel Vouchers, one (1) chilling bucket, and one (1) pair of champagne flutes. And the voucher's that I won is invaild(don't work) at all and I would like to contact them to know why the vouchers don't work when I try to use them. Please can someone help me to find a # to contact them.

Is there actually an organization called "Prize Fulfillment Services"? If you have any of the paperwork that came with your prize, it should have some sort of contact information on it. If you don't have anything like this, can you give us more details about the sweep, like the name of the promotion or the sponsor? The sweep should be in the Expired database, and the more information we have, the easier it should be to find. I'm thinking maybe it was Orbitz? it was the Orbitz Feel the Love Trivia Challenge sweepstakes. The thing is that I went on Northwest Airlines site because that's where the letter said to go to redeem/use my vouchers and that's when it stated that the voucher it self is invaild codes and number can't be used. There's a lady name at the bottom (Lisa Anderson-Account Service) no phone# for her. And I have try to contact her through Orbitz and Northwest even Prize Fulfillment and no one knows her or giving her info out to no one. I have to pay tax on this. they need to put a # on info like this just to make sure their's no problem.

Since ePrize issued the prize code, they would be the ones to contact. I had a similar problem a while back and ePrize did eventually issue me a new code that worked. Use the Contact Us link for ePrize to get the ball rolling. You may need to be persistent since ePrize is a large organization with many clients. Give them as much information as you can and they should be able to settle the matter for you.

I would like to know if anyone ever had trouble/problem using their travel voucher for Northwest Airlines that they have won. I won 2 voucher's in the Orbitz Feel the Love Challenge Sweepstakes and my voucher codes and numbers are invalid no good. As one experince this kind of trouble berfore? :smt013 :smt100 :smt100

No, mine was not an issue with a travel voucher. I had won a Fandango movie code that came up as expired when I tried to use it. After contacting both the sponsor (Fandango) and the administrator (ePrize), ePrize eventually issued me a new code that worked.
