Premium membership question

I wasn't sure of where to post this.
I tried to sign up for the premium membership but it asked for a coupon code which I don't have.
Wouldn't process without it.
Can anyone help me with this?

Do you mean you are trying to upgrade your membership to Sweepstakes Plus?

Because I am already a Plus member, I can't see the new member or upgrade pages. Did you try going through one of the links on this page?
