Happy Summer to ALL! Wondering if we use Pittney Bowers postage machine that's stamps with date and correct.64 cents postage on correct #10 envelope - this is same valid entry as putting forever stamp correct ? And after 7/14 the forever stamps are increasing to .73 cents . Thanks in advance.
