Depends on the sweepstake sponsors and where you enter. Via website forms, newsletter sign up, etc. you could be contacted by e-mail or phone call (this will be specified in Official Rules of the contest.) Instant wins, you should get a follow up email almost immediately. Via social media like those listed in my signature, you'll likely get a DM message and/or be tagged in post/stories. Can take a few days to a few weeks past end of contest to be contacted so I try to check daily as a lot them require a response in 48 hours before moving on to a different winner, however this can also vary and should be stated in official rules/posts. Also be sure check your spam as well as they can tend to slip in there, and if you aren't sure it's legit you can post in the forums to ask - we can help verify
