I just wanted to say that these guys are awesome! I won twice on their current instant win game. The second time was just over a week ago and I already received the case of popcorn that I won. If you can believe it, it actually arrived faster than the first time, which only took 10 days to get to me. Unfortunately, before the second box arrived, a 60 lb package of solid brass bars (someone else's package) punched it's way into my popcorn, crushing and popping open seven out of twelve of the bags. UPS saw fit to tape up the box WITH the second package still inside and deliver it to my door. I got everything straightened out with UPS as far as the second package went, then I decided to send Popcorn, Indiana a message on Facebook to see if they wanted to file a claim. I even sent them pics of the damaged package and contents. They replied almost immediately and informed me that they had just shipped another fresh box, no questions asked, no need to return the damaged goods. Absolutely awesome. I had also contacted them after receiving my first win and they were very gracious and happy that I was enjoying my prize. It has been a very good experience with them all around....crushed popcorn aside.
