Pepsi/Lays Match, Snap and Win

To everyone that did not receive your winning code from the last promotion. I called the sweep 800# five times with no results. Last week I called 1-800-352-4477 which is Pepsi/Lays customer service. They connected me with someone who apologized, sent me coupons for free stuff (12 pack Pepsi and two $4.50 Lays coupons) and told me they would fix the problem. I got my $50 code today.
 
Well, I actually won several times & haven't received anything, so I called the number mentioned which was a "Fritolay" line. The woman that answered gave me this number, 1-800-477-1621, for Pepsi. I stayed on the line & talked to a man. I explained my problem after I got asked my zip code, phone number & name. He said that all the codes should go out on Friday (sound familiar?). I asked him if it was a code or a gift card because on the actual winning screen it said NFL Gift Card. He said it will be a code with a pin number. I said OK, I'll wait until Friday then though he didn't ask what my e-mail address was. We will see I guess. :scratch:
 
I did not have a chance to call today, however, I did post a note on their wall about how disappointed I was with their previous sweeps with the not receiving codes and then receiving ones that didn't work and all the phone calls..yada,yada. It was THEY who posted the sweps..it was US who won.Why should we have to call all over and chase our prize? Absolutely ridiculous! AND, they now have the gall to run another MatchSnap Win with MLB as the prize?? ReallY? They did reply to my post telling me to call the same number I have already called 4 times with no results.
