Pendleton® Treehouse Giveaway Sweepstakes OFFICIAL RULESVOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1) Sweepstakes Description and Period. The “Pendleton® Treehouse Giveaway Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is one of chance. By entering, you will have a chance to win one two-night stay in a Skamania Lodge Treehouse located in Stevenson, Washington. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Pendleton Woolen Mills, Inc. (referred to as “Pendleton”). The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. PT on August 1, 2018 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on October 15, 2018 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). You may enter the Sweepstakes only once.

Prize 1 is a two-night stay in a King Tree House at Skamania Lodge located at 1131 SW Skamania Lodge Way, Stevenson, Washington, with a retail value of $998.00. [Prize 1 includes one bottle of wine.]

Prize 2 is a two-night stay in a Family Double Tree House at Skamania Lodge, located at 1131 SW Skamania Lodge Way, Stevenson, Washington, with a retail value of $1198.00. [Prize 2 includes a S’mores Package[P1] .]

Both prizes are valid for one year from October 20, 2018.

The prize winners must book their reservations for their prize by calling 509-314-4177. No prize substitutions, cash equivalent, or transfer of the prize will be permitted except at the sole discretion of Pendleton.b) Prize winners must be 21 years of age or older. Pendleton may require, as a condition to awarding a prize, that you sign a liability and release (similar to Section 7.b) and/or 9, below) agreeing to release Pendleton and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors and representatives from all losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.c) The prizes are expressly limited to the items listed above and do not include taxes or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

3) Eligibility.

a) To be eligible to enter, you must be either a legal U.S. resident (other than a resident of RI) and of majority age in the state in which you reside, or a legal resident of any other country (other than a country in which this Sweepstakes is prohibited by law) and of majority age in the country in which you reside.

You must also comply with these official Sweepstakes rules (these “Official Rules”).b) Employees of Pendleton, or any entity involved in the production or promotion of the Sweepstakes, and members of such employees’ immediate family, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is otherwise open to anyone who meets the eligibility criteria and complies with these Official Rules, including employees of any supplier of the prize and employees of any parent, subsidiary, or affiliate of Pendleton, if such parent, subsidiary, or affiliate is not involved in the production or promotion of the Sweepstakes.c) To enter the Sweepstakes, you must have a valid email account, which Pendleton can use to contact you.d) Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes (whether electronically or otherwise) and any person who does not comply with these Official Rules, will be automatically disqualified, ineligible for any prize and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

4) How to Enter

(2) Check the box to verify that you have read and agreed to these Official Rules; and

5) Winner Selection and Notification.
a) On or about October 16, 2018, Pendleton will randomly select two (2) winners from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Pendleton will also randomly select a runner-up, who will not be notified or announced (and whose identity will remain confidential) unless one of the original winners forfeits or is unable to accept the prize.b) On or about October 22, 2018, the prize winners will be notified by email that he/she is a winner. Pendleton will use the email address provided at the time of registration to notify the winners. Winners will be required to complete, sign, and return, or to provide to us within seven (7) calendar days of notification: (i) an “Affidavit of Eligibility” and a “Liability Release”, and (ii) a copy of his/her passport, driver’s license or birth certificate as proof of age and residency. A winner will be disqualified and forfeit the prize if: (1) a winner does not respond within five (5) days of the first notification attempt, or (2) a notification e-mail is returned as undeliverable, (3) a winner rejects the prize, (5) the winner fails to provide us with the required documentation within the applicable time period, or (6) Pendleton determines, in its sole discretion, that the winner has not complied with any of the Official Rules. If any of these happen, the randomly selected runner up will be notified and announced as the winner and will be awarded the prize. If a prize is forfeited, no other compensation will be given. The Affidavit of Eligibility must be completed and must include the social security number or resident alien identification number of the winner. The information in any Affidavit of Eligibility must be correct and must be identical to the information provided in the original entry, or the person will be disqualified.c) All decisions by Pendleton and its system administrator with respect to the Sweepstakes, including the random selection of the winners, are final.

6) Use of Your Sweepstakes-related Personal Information.a) Any information you provide to us when you enter the Sweepstakes is being provided only to Pendleton. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we access and collect when you use the Pendleton website and how we use that information. We may access and use information associated with your entry form to administer the Sweepstakes, including to select, notify, announce, and verify the winner, and as otherwise explained in these Official Rules. All federal, state and local laws and regulations are applicable.
