The Redemption Code has no cash value. Limit one (1) Redemption Code per person/account in connection with this Offer. Participants may not request a Redemption Code at a later time.
2. How to Redeem Redemption Code: After purchasing (1) Qualifying Product during the Purchase Period, visit https://www.skoal.com to sign into your account (or visit https://www.skoal.com to create a new, free account) and then between 9:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 12/3/18 and 11:59:59 PM ET on 1/20/19 (the “Redemption Period”), proceed to the Offer page and follow the on-screen instructions to
redeem the Redemption Code for your choice of one of the following:
a) Dropcatch™ Bottle Opener (Approximate Retail Value “ARV” $10.00) or
b) Personalized Rocks Glass E-Code (ARV: $9.99), while supplies last (the “Redemption”).

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute items with a product of equal or greater value for any reason. Redemption Code and item are not transferable or reproducible and may not be sold, auctioned, or bartered. No cash value or cash back for any reason. All Redemptions are final. Please allow approximately three (3) to six (6) weeks after item has been claimed for shipment of the item, unless otherwise noted on the website. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address and/or mailing address of any participants.
Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the eligibility of any person who uses, or, in the case of suspension, is suspected of using, the Offer in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions or any federal or state laws, statutes or ordinances. In addition to suspension or discontinuance of the Offer eligibility, Sponsor shall have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including criminal prosecution, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.

Release and Waiver of Liability: By redeeming this Offer, individuals agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, and its parent corporations, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (collectively “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with: (i) participant’s participation in the Offer; and (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of the Redemption Code or any item. The Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of the Redemption Code, Redemption, or any such item. In consideration of the Redemption Code, each individual hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of such individual’s name, photograph, likeness (including his/her voice), biographical information and statements concerning the Offer, in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by the Sponsor, and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, except where prohibited by law.

Construction/Disputes: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of any individual or the Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Virginia, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Virginia. The parties agree that all disputes arising out of or connected with these Terms and Conditions or the Offer will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action.
