The whole sweep is probably being run by Mikey ... He's lucky if he can find his way to work in the morning!!!!
either that or his dad's got him locked in the men's john!

(Remember how, in the first sweep they did, that the picture of the chopper looked like it had been cut out by 3 year-old with dull scissors???? ......... Mikey!)

Anyone seen the the winner of Orange County Choppers? It was supposedly posted on their site at http://www.orangecountychoppers.com/sweepstakeswinner.php on Tues., 4/1/08. I don't see it, but don't know if I missed it or if it was ever posted. Same thing happened with same marketing company for applebottoms.com sweeps. Any experience with this company? Or an SA winner of that chopper? Thank you.

:sunny: Haven't heard anything. Sponsors don't always post on the dates they state. I'm positive though that the winner would be notified and have to be verified before they post the name on a win like a chopper.

I haven't ever heard of anyone winning an OCC chopper, only smaller prizes. I would looooove to win from OCC (any prize, big fan!). I hope you find the info you are looking for, good luck sweeping!
I also agree with pmeek, I think everything would need to be released first before a name on a huge prize like that is posted.

The rules say the winner selected is posted. That person has about 5 days (April 6, 5pm EST) to call or email or they forfeit, and another name is selected... and so it goes, until someone responds. The affie comes after winner agrees to accept prize with all the rules. Eventually the final winner is announced at the same website. Aren't those bikes gorgeous? Probably hard to ride 'cause everyone wants to stop you and ask questions and admire it!

Hmmm, then I wonder when the winner will be posted. I never knew that so I guess if my name would ever come up I wouldn't have known to check back. Yes, the bikes are amazing. I don't have cable anymore so I cannot watch the show. I would like to collect the DVD's. I am a huge OCC fan, I wore out my hoodie!

Huckwho--I'm looking too and see nothing about a winner, although there is a lot to visit at that site. With the other similar setup sweeps, applebottoms.com last Oct, I never saw a name of a winner and I checked daily until the page was removed. If I ever see a name, I'll post it.

Shucks ... Nah, I don't know anybody. I'm just an OCC junkie like 'miki'. I belong to their "fan club" and when I saw that picture cut out the way it was I felt friskey and sent an email to them asking if Mikey did it. (Mikey gets blamed for everything) Got a single word reply back: "Mikey" . . . . (no name, no number) :laughing: :laughing: :laughing:

The drawing was on 04/01/08. They can't announce the winner until the winner is notified, fills out the affidavit, returns it, and is validated the winner. That takes some time. The rules don't state the exact day or timeframe for the winner to be announced.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Random Drawing for the Prize award will be conducted on April 1, 2008 at the main offices of the Sponsor. Each entrant must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning and the award of any prize is contingent upon fulfilling all Sweepstakes' rules and requirements.
