...to a Sweeper.

Running my cookie cleaner last night for the first time since switching over to the Chrome browser...and this morning, the realization...

For some reason, I lost ALL my RoboForm data. All of it. Gone.

I am a bit in shock. I run CCleaner all the time, it's never erased my files before. I don't even know if that's what caused it, it's just...GONE!!
 
Are you sure it is gone. Or is it just missing from your toolbar? CCleaner wouldn't remove a program.

Right click on an open area in your toolbar and see if it is listed and checked.

Well it was weird because when I turned on my laptop this morning I noticed Robo man had a little red X next to him. I clicked on him and all my bookmarks, log-ins, identity-gone. I searched my computer and the folder that says "Roboform Data" was empty. It was as though I had just downloaded it brand new. I thought maybe I had expired, but no, I'm paid up for a year.

I didn't think CCleaner would do that. I have no clue what happened.
 
Make sure in CCleaner that Cookies and Saved Form Info isn't checked for each of your browsers or you will have to start over every time you run the program. Also make sure you check both the Windows and Applications tab in CCleaner. I only check those blocks when I need to clean out alot of old info that pops up and only after the end of the month since there are too many sweepstakes at the end.

Thanks for the advice...thanks to SA I'm quickly restoring my sweeps info but it's still a pain. I'll have to be more careful next time.
