One entry sweepstakes

Hi,
I'm David. I just joined the forum. I've always wondered about the one entry sweepstakes. If you enter the sweepstakes and give them an e-mail address such as yahoo, hotmail, etc. to contact you but your main adress is at roadrunner for example... Are you actually entering the contest with 2 e-mail addresses and therefore disqualifying yourself? Because whenever you send an e-mail to someone on a form, your main address displays. So if I'm entering a contest, my main e-mail address is displaying and I'm also giving them another e-mail address to contact me if I win. Isn't this disqualifying me? I've always wondered about this because I have been entering one entry sweepstakes almost every day for years but I have never never won. Thank you.

As long as you are only filling out the form once with one email address, you are ok. They have no way of knowing which email address is your main address.

Are you referring to when they ask for your addy & on the next line to re-enter your addy??? :scratch:
