You have been drawn to win the following items:
FIRST PRIZES:
Cancun: One (1) vacations for two (2) with Funjet Vacations including round-trip air transportation for winner and guest from the closest continental United States airport serviced by United Airlines, United Express, Ted, or Funjet Vacations charter air service to Cancun, four (4) night accommodations at the all-inclusive Occidental Grand Xcaret, including round-trip ground transportation between the airport and hotel in Cancun (ARV not including taxes and fees $1,400.00 per person).
The taxes paid by each person will be estimated at USD $230.00 per person. Final cost depending on destination.
I have attached a Newegg Sweepstakes - Affidavit and Release Form which we must receive back signed and dated for our records to release the winning prize.
Please respond to this email with your full name, email address, your physical mailing address, DOB and contact phone number.
Once we have received the signed, dated and notarized affidavit we will send your prize to your physical address (no P.O boxes) within 30 days of receipt.
You will not receive a follow-up e-mail if you do not respond by the above date. If we fail to receive a signed and completed affidavit by the due date on this e-mail, we assume you would like to forfeit your prize and another winner will be drawn in your place.

I just lost my Mom 3 weeks ago today so I am going to credit this to her now being my guardian angel :angel: Biggest thing I have ever won! Still waiting for a car though :laughing:
