Oberto Win.....Can someone explain how I'm supposed to return affidavit

Not sure how company wants affidavit returned

My son won an xbox 360 from the Oberto sweeps and this was the directions to submit the affidavit..Not sure I did it right for him. I downloaded it and filled it out and electronically signature. I also put his first initial and last name where it said to do it as a pdf. I've never had a win where it was like this. I tried emailing the company, no response. I just don't want him to lose out

Should I have printed out the form, handwritten, scanned back to computer and attached to reply.......This one is really confusing me

Usually you have to have the document notarized. Print out the forms then take and have the forms notarized (your bank should have a notary) then have the paperwork faxed back to the sponsor. if they don't state you must have the paperwork notarized then just download the form/type in signature then send it back as an attachment within the reply email...
 
I had one of these affys about a year ago. It was a downloadable form that you could fill in thru adobe or word or something like that. No notary needed, filled it out on the computer and emailed it back per the instructions and had my prize less than 2 weeks later. Your description sounds like you did it right. Congrats!
