Not sure if I won or not...Newport Wheels Up.. Anyone else had this problem before?

I entered the Newport Wheels Up sweepstakes and was an instant winner. It said Congradulations you are an instant winner and you will receive your prize in 5 to 10 business days. A signature will be required. But it didn't state what I had won. I have seen where other winners instantly knew their prize. I never received an email confirmation so I called Newport customer service. They couldn't locate the win so now I am waiting for a sweepstakes administrator to check into this and call me back. Has this ever happened to anyone else? If so, what was the outcome? I was so excited! Now I'm worried! I just recently started sweeping again and I've small instant wins. This will be my biggest so far. Fingers crossed.

Same thing happened to me. I've been checking my email and nothing. I haven't called them, but I guess I should. I got the winning message on 9/28. I'll be following!
 
I got the exact same message on 9/28 and it didn't state what the win was. No emails from Newport as of today 10/12 about the prize. I'm signed up with MyUSPS so I get alerts when packages come to my address and today it posted that something is coming from Portland, OR priority mail and requires a signature so I hope this is the prize...fingers crossed. If not, I'll continue looking for a prize from Newport.

Now I use the snippet program to capture screen grabs of any winning messages. I'll make sure it includes the date and time stamp on the bottom of my screen as proof.
 
Congrats! Follow up on my win... I called them back last Thursday 10/06 and the guy told me it takes time to sort through the keylogs. And I should hear back from someone by the end of the week. Today is 10/14 still nothing. Hopefully, it will be in the mail soon, lol I also have MyUSPS. I will start taking screen shots from now on. I did with my Taco Bell win. I won it on Saturday and received instant email notification. I received prize on Tuesday. I love those quick turn arounds! Congrats on your win!
 
I just heard back from Newport regarding my winning message after I called last Monday. She said I did indeed win a Boise Blue Tooth Speaker and I should get a tracking number soon. Hope everyone else gets there wins as well!
 
I finally heard back from Newport customer service. They confirmed my win! I won a fitness tracker. I should be receiving it soon. I was about to give up! Congrats on your win!
