I won a picture contest on facebook. I won 2nd place this was the first week of december. It was a $250 giftcard. They asked me to fill out the tax info which I did. Even though its under $600 bucks. they said they mailed it out. I never got it. Oh and first place winner never got hers either. Anyways, they said they replaced it and mailed it again. Now the manager called me a week and a half ago and said she would personally mail it out certified mail and I still dont have it. I have left a number of messages with her and so has the first place winner. no call backs. now what? they took our tax info and are giving us the runaround. Do we have a leg to stand on? Oh and on their facebook page it states we are the winners!
Not receiving my prize. yet they keep saying they sent it or are sending it.

How did they mail your prize to you. Sometimes it takes time for the package to tbe delivered once it is sent out.
No they said they sent it but they didnt. When she called me a week and a half ago she said that there were issues in the office and miscommunications and she would personally take care of it. If she did that then she could return my calls or even send me an email and tell me. But if she did send it certified mail I would have received it by now. They are not telling me the truth.
I found the winning post on their page. I would continue to post asking about the prize. Geesh, you would think that with all the money coming into a retirement commuinty that they wouldn't have any trouble mailing out a couple of prizes. Makes you wonder if they take this long to do other things in their business.
