No phone

My only suggestion would be to maybe buy a prepaid phone you use only for sweepstakes. Without a phone entirely, I don't know. For most sweepstakes, it's a requirement.
 
There are some free/low cost phone numbers online. If you qualify, the government will furnish you with a very basic phone. Google offers free Google voice online. There are others if you search around. I can't say how good any are, so I hope that helps a little.
Also, not every sweepstakes that asks for a phone number actually requires it for entry. If its not required, I tend to leave it off.
