On 09/08/15 I won the $250.00 visa GC and on the screen it said it would be mailed in 5 to 7 days. It has been 13 days and I haven't received it yet. Does anyone have any advice on whether I should try to contact them now (or who to contact), or should I wait awhile longer? Thanks for any advice, Sylvia (willow0824)

Maybe wait a little longer due to the labor day holiday. The administrator is Arrow Head Fulfillment Co. Their mailing address is at the bottom of this rules page link:
