Newbie needs advice- HELP!

I received an e-mail from eprize@fulfillment.
The Subjectline says 'Congratulations'
The body of the message says I have won the Jonas Bros guitar
and says,
Mail this fully executed affidavit to:
Prize Fulfillment Services
One ePrize Drive
Pleasant Ridge, MI 48069

My question- I'm new, and haven't won anything online before... is this a scam, or is it real?
help!
Is it a scam just trying to dupe me out of all my personal info?
Up until now, all I ever got was tracking cookies and spyware...
 
I looked in my old e-mails and anything that uses e-prize says fulfillment @e-prize so it is probably legit. I believe that sweeps is still active so I would
go to the official rules and see if it tells you who will notify you if you win. There might even be a phone # somewhere.
 
Yes, that certainly sounds like a legit win, with notification sent from eprize which is real.

Do you remember entering a sweep with that prize? Do you have a list of saved sweeps you could check? I searched Expired Sweeps for "Jonas" but I didn't notice a guitar...that doesn't mean there wasn't a sweep - just that I didn't see it.

Make sure you read and follow all instructions. If you need to get the affidavit notarized, be sure to do so. Make copies of everything and be sure to send it all back on time.
