New way to reply to winners??

I've always been able to just congrats..now, there is NO COMMENT section..I have to reply via "reply with quote"..doesn't make sense to me but, I get SA emails and did not see this listed as a change...also I can NOT send a private message as there is a big ad that I can't X out of, so I have NO idea what I'm typing to respndent...maybe it's just me, but I've cleaned my whole puter and cache...
 
The forum now only allows us to either select REPLY WITH QUOTE Or, to select the REPLY TO THREAD button at the very top or the very end of a thread :cool:
