Hi there, I just joined SA.
I used to be a heavy sweeper several years ago and used online-sweepstakes.com. I won every day. Lots of prizes.
I went to join online-sweepstakes again and realized it no longer exists, so I came here.
I'm having issues with a few things;
1. it appears that there are far fewer sweepstakes than there were several years ago. Have companies stopped doing as many sweepstakes?
1. I was testing out the search feature on SA and entered 'TV'. Nothing came up! However, when I go through sweepstakes on the site another way, TVs have popped up a few times. I tried several other searches for common goods (phones, consoles, coffee, kitchen, etc) and a few may come up, but not many.
3. I'm finding the categories are hard to find on the site. I found them a couple times through the Sweepstakes Plus site, but can't seem to find any categories on the SA site. I'm sure I'm missing something here, but it seems overly complicated?
Online-sweepstakes used to have categories clearly listed like 'electronics', 'food and beverage', 'trips', etc. I am not seeing that here.
I also noticed that it takes so much longer to read through what the actual prize is when you do find a sweepstakes to enter. It just looks like a massive block of text instead of being organized.
I'd love any advice to help me get started using the site more efficiently. I used to do thousands of sweeps a day and I'm lucky if I do a hundred now -- mostly because I can't find them on the site!
Hopefully this doesn't come across as too critical. I am sure that I'm missing a lot since the site is new to me, so it could just be user error. I am excited to learn and get back to sweeping.
