Need HELP getting to site

Rogareyn hasn't been able to access this site in three days. She wants to know if anyone has experienced this problem. Is she blocked or is there another problem. She can go anywhere else on the net. deleted cookies, checked history, deleted firewall. Please contact her at aydenan@aol.com HELP PLEASE.
 
Had a friend sign in for me and post the first message. I am finally able to get to this site. I don't know what happened. I kept getting cannot connect to server, tried Firefox, IE and netscape and refused to let me in. Was starting to think I had done something and the website was blocking me. Have spent days searching the net for info (going through sweeping withdraws). I'm not sure how this worked but I found this info and it worked.

In the Windows Control Panel, go to Network Connections. Open 'Local
Area Connection' and select 'properties'.

Doubleclick on Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)

Select 'Use the following DNS servers'. Put 4.2.2.2 in the primary
address window. Leave the alternate blank. Close all the Windows. Try
browsing.

Maybe it will someone else.

It's stressful for all of us when there's a tech situation. I think (hope!) everyone has been able to rejoin us online.
 
As a lesson learned from this experience we are going to start a new blog site separate from SA
that will have important info in the event that this would happen again. Soon to come. :wave:
 
I couldn't get in either! I thought some router/server hub or whatever they call it was down- or they got hacked! Boy, yep, me too- had withdrawals!
 
Wow, am I glad to be back! Didn't realize how much I needed SA until I couldn't get to it. Found a couple of other sites to use but neither were nearly as good as SA & didn't have many sweeps listed. I mostly used them to enter my regular sweeps (the ones I could remember, anyway!) and also went back thru my history to enter some. That worked until I forgot & cleared my history! Love the idea of an offsite blog to keep us all updated. Thanks for being the absolute best sweepstakes site on the net! (Now, just don't ever go away again! :cry:)
