To play by mail without purchase, during the Game Period, hand print, on a 3" x 5" piece of paper, your name, complete address, daytime phone number (including area code), and date-of-birth, and mail in a stamped #10 envelope to:

Mail-in requests must be received by June 30, 2009 to be eligible.
