9. Prizes and Gifts:
a. Grand Prize Sweepstakes Prize:
1 Grand Prize: A check for $25,000 made out to the winner. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $25,000.
Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend on the number of eligible entrants who hold the Game Piece of the team that wins the Tournament.
If you have the Game Piece of the team that wins the Tournament but you are not selected as the potential Grand Prize winner, you will receive a coupon/digital code valid for $1 off that may be used at ShareACoke.com, terms and conditions apply. Up to 24,999 of these, valued at $1 each.
b. NCAA® March Madness® Bracket Refresh Sweepstakes Prize:
1 NCAA® March Madness® Bracket Refresh Sweepstakes Prize: A trip for 2 to the 2020 NCAA® Men’s Final Four® in Atlanta, GA and scheduled to take place April 3 – 7, 2020 (the “Event”). Trip prize package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for 2 from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); 4 nights' accommodations at Sponsor's choice of hotel (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation between airport and hotel; 2 tickets to the 2020 NCAA® Men’s Final Four®, which includes the National Semifinals & Championship Final Games (seat locations to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); a $1,500 prepaid gift card that may be used for spending money; and travel agent services. Winner must travel on the dates specified by the Sponsor, surrounding the 2020 NCAA® Men’s Final Four® game, or prize will be forfeited. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and those set forth by the Sponsor's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. If trip destination is less than 250 miles from the winner's residence, winner will be provided $200 in spending money for driving expenses in lieu of air transportation. Sponsor is not responsible if any scheduled event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed. Tickets may be subject to issuer’s standard rain-check policies and procedures. All expenses, travel, and other costs not expressly stated in the package description above are the sole responsibility of winner. If winner is a minor (as determined by his/her state of residence), winner's guest must be winner's parent/legal guardian. If winner’s guest is a minor (as determined by his/her state of residence), winner must be minor’s parent/legal guardian and must complete required paperwork on behalf of minor, as applicable. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of prize documents. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers or certificates will not be replaced. By accepting ticket prize, winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the ticket. Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not use ticket on day of event. ARV: $11,150. The ARV of travel may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value.
Odds of winning the NCAA® March Madness® Bracket Refresh Sweepstakes prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received for this prize during the Promotion Period.
c. Game Piece Gifts:
NOTE: There is a limit of (1) of each type of gift per person.
Each recipient must visit the My Rewards tab within his/her Account within (7) days after the end of each round of the Tournament and must claim the applicable gifts in his/her Account within the specified time frame or he/she will forfeit the applicable gift.
Sponsor, may, in its sole discretion, send reminder emails about the need to claim gifts, but this is not a guarantee.
The number of gifts awarded in this Promotion will depend on the number of participants in the Bracket Instant Win Game as well as all of the outcomes of the games in the Tournament.
BRACKET INSTANT WIN GAME:
Every person who has a Game Piece for a team that wins in the NCAA Sweet Sixteen will be given a Sweet Sixteen gift.
Every person who has a Game Piece for a team that wins in the NCAA® Elite Eight will be given an Elite Eight gift.
Every person who has a Game Piece for a team that wins in the NCAA® Final Four will be given a Final Four gift.
Every person who has a Game Piece for a team that wins the entire Tournament will receive 1 entry into the Grand Prize Sweeptakes drawing.
Sweet Sixteen Gift: A digital coupon valid for a free 20 fluid ounce Coca-Cola beverage at winner’s choice of Circle K, Quik Trip, or Speedway, while supplies last of each option. Coupons will be subject to the terms included on the coupon, including the expiration date. To claim this gift, you must provide a mobile phone number. Expect only 1 text message from 54181. ARV: $1.89.
Elite Eight Gift: A $3 Target eGiftCard™, terms and conditions apply. ARV: $3.
Final Four Gift: A $5 App Store & iTunes Gift Card, terms and conditions apply. ARV: $5.
The odds of winning a Game Piece gift/prize will depend on both the odds of receiving a particular Game Piece as explained in Section 8, above, and whether a particular team wins in the applicable round of the Tournament.
For All Gifts and Prizes: Terms and conditions of coupons, digital codes/gift certificates, and tickets apply. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for complaints or issues regarding digital codes/certificates (claims that digital code/certificate is invalid, insufficient, etc.) and winner should address any such issues with the issuer of the digital code/certificate. No substitution, exchange or transfer of gift or prize by any winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any gift or prize for one of equal or greater value.
Each gift recipient/prize winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with gift or prize receipt and/or use.
