Nascar win and no code

I am really bummed. I rarely win anything but I won a $25 gift certificate to the NASCAR store in the M&M's sweepstakes this morning. I'm trying to fill out their form and it asks for a confirmation code and I don't have one. Can anyone tell me what I might do? I messaged them through FB. Thanks for any help.

I haven't won from M&M's, but whenever I get a win page, I always "save my work" by:

1} Bookmarking and also C&P'ing the url to my win's notepad JIC there is an issue - it cuts down on confusion if I have to chase down the win.
2} C&P'ing the winning page, which will sometimes have a confirmation code.
3} Clicking PRINT SCREEN & saving to PAINT, since many times I won't be able to C&P that confirmation code.

All that said, do you remember a confirmation code on your winning page? Did you check your email to see if they sent it? Did you try checking your browser HISTORY?
