Mystery Letter Arriving Soon

Hey all,

Has anyone received a letter like this? I was supposed to get it yesterday but the snow has delayed it. I'm not sure if it's legit or not but am concerned I may miss the deadline because of the delay. Does anyone think it's real? No emails or anything where I am expecting an envelope.
