I think if you are logged in, you should be able to access your My Sweepstakes list from anywhere. I have only made the list once and am able see the same list from any computer (school, work, home, etc).
"My Sweepstakes" is available on any computer that you log into. If you aren't able to get it at work, I can only assume that management has blocked it.
