my sweeps not working

I got a new computer and although I am able to log in, all the mysweeps information is gone and it is not allowing me to add anything to it either. I disabled pop up blockers (I think). Anyone know how to fix this?
 
michelemax - this may apply if you are a PLUS member, because admin has been doing an update:

Things should be fixed now. Plus members please try this:

logout, log back in with the links on the Plus site and not old bookmarks



It sounds like you may be logged in to Sweepstakes Advantage, and not Sweepstakes Plus. Sorry if I sound like a broken record, but make sure you are logged out of SA. Then log in to SP. If you still cannot see your My Sweeps special categories while in SP, then you will need to submit a ticket to the Help Desk.

I don't know if it means anything related to your Plus status, but right now I do not see a [+] before your name so please submit a ticket to the Help Desk using this link and explain your problem if needed. Thank you.

Hello, thanks for the response. I am not currently a sweepstakes plus member. I had fixed the problem, but now mysweeps is blank again.
 
I keep having the same issue as Michelemax. My sweeps are not visible when I'm logged in (not Sweeps Plus member). Or when I log in all kinds of sweeps are checked off, but I haven't checked the boxes. I need to log out and log back in every time to temporarily correct the issue. Seems to be occurring ever since the system update last week.
 
I would logout, clear your cookies and temporary files, then log back in. This has solved every other problem like this. Thank you.
