I received an affidavit today from the Newport News I Love Shopping $10,000 instant win Game & Second Chance Drawing. I am one of 10 potential Grand Prize winners of a $1,000 gift card. Now I have to find a notary public!

In a pinch, I have never had a problem walking into a bank and getting notary service--even if I had no account there.
