My first 2 weeks sweep'n!

I've been sweep'n for 2 weeks and here is how I've made out.

3 bags of Subway Chips (Subway's Get Smart Promo)

7 Hamburgers from Johnny Rockets that I will never use.

Free shipping from HSN which I will never use. (Yes, I got 3 in a row of free shipping!)

20 or so wallpapers from Maroon 5 that I am going to never use or download.

MP3 Downloads from Kraft Mac and Cheese and Rhapsody.

MP3 Downloads from Logitech

T-Shirt from 3M Greg Biffle products.

And the number one prize in my first 2 weeks:

$25 GC from Buick and the PGATour store.



I am looking for suggestions.

I've been playing basically all the instants and signing up for everything else once or twice if I have the time. Any suggestions for a better outcome?

Enter in only sweeps where there is a prize you want.... :)

Yes, you'll win some things you'll never use, like you want the grand prize but you win something else, but if you don't keep trying, you'll never get anything.

Many people have won far less if at all in that timeframe so what you've done isn't bad for two weeks....

:headbang: Not a bad haul for just 2 weeks. Just remember, the daily entry that you have been entering probably have not ended yet or if they have, they haven't draw the winner, so it is way too soon to expect anything from them. Just keep entering for things you want, don't get discouraged and be persistant. You WILL win some really great prizes.

Congratulations on your wins! I think you're doing VERY well for just 2 weeks. I personally am not very lucky with instant wins and often am not interested in the daily prizes (such as music downloads or wallpapers). I enter a lot of daily sweeps and try to enter 4-5 times a week minimum. This can get time consuming when I have about 300 I'm entering, so I alternate between soon to expire, recent additions, and times entered. That's why I love SA. It gives you so many ways to break out your saved sweeps for viewing. It's so user friendly! Plus you gotta love the friendly folks and how willing they are to share! :headbang:

As others have already suggested, don't enter unless the prizes are things you want or can use in one way or another. Read the fine print and be sure you can take the prize. (Just this morning I did not enter a great baseball sweep because the game was on a date that was totally impossible for my husband.) I got some good advice about being positive-just act as tho you are going to win everything you enter!) The folks on the Forum are very friendly and helpful, so you have found a good base in SA!

Sometimes your a winner and dont know it. Alot of the one entry per person contests will just mail the prize after the contest is over. Then one day you go to your mailbox and there is prize.

first of all--congratulations on 1st 2 weeks!!!! i got started a couple of years ago. i thought nobody wins these things--then i won $25 worth of downloads. that got me going--then, one afternoon, i got a call saying i had won a new bmw 335i coupe. that was great for my first 6 months!!! DON'T GIVE UP--IT'LL COME TO YA!!!!! had many good wins since--keep trying

That is great for 2 weeks.. I know it can get discouraging when you "win" chips, or downloads but trust me when I say its better than seeing sorry over and over day after day. :laughing: After a couple of weeks of seeing that you will be wishing for those chips.
