Congrats! "Potential" winner generally means you won, as long as you meet all the rules (proper age, not an employee of the sponsor, etc). There may be an affidavit or simply a paper to sign (generally the affys are required for $600 or more depending on the awarding agency).

I won this too a month or so ago. No paperwork, but you will receive an email in about a week or so confirming your win and you'll receive the gc via FedEx shortly after. Comes very quickly too. I had mine within 10 days of winning it. Congrats :cheers:
