It is an electronic control device used by police and military. It's their newest model.

It's going to my husband, hopefully I'll have it by Christmas.

I'm not going to carry it, it's too big for my purse :laughing:

My husband is works for the police, so that's not a problem. It was a contest for military and police.
These are illegal in some states.
