Is it okay to enter the same sweeps multiple times when they are sponsored by different entities?

Same sweeps sponsored by different entities;

I look in the rules for the words *or* & *and*.
*or* = pick 1 site to enter through.
*and* = you may enter through any/all of the links provided.

This does NOT apply when multiple sponsors just happen to be awarding the same prize {usually movie related} unless it is noted in the rules that they are the same promo.
