Mountain dew instant win trouble

After a long dry streak, I think I may have won, but I also think I lost it.:( When I entered, instead of a message telling me too bad, I got a screen saying I was being sent a confirmation email. I never got it. It said I could click again if I didn't get it in 10 minutes, but I clicked the link every 10 minutes all morning and never got an email. I'm not even sure if I even won the instant win or if it was just a strange glitch. It's not in my junk box. Any ideas?
 
Go to IW and look for a "contact us" button. Do you have more than one email and/or could it have been "misspelled". Especially when doing IW or dailies, I keep my email addy "copied" so I can paste anywhere auto-fill doesn't work.
 
Thanks. I couldn't find any contact us info, unfortunately. I only use one email, and I always past it too. I don't use autofill at all, and sometimes I spell my own name wrong, let alone my email. Lol. Though I guess it's possible I spelled it wrong when I copied it, but I did get thanks for entering emails from a few other places.
