I won a pair of Metallic lighted butterflies. When the box arrived it was missing the solar light parts. I emailed them about it & in 4 days not only did they send the missing parts, they included another model of lighted butterfly. I didn't ask for it, nor did I fuss at them, they just did it out of kindness. Now I have 3 of them to give to my wife on Mother's Day.
