1. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Promotion. 1) Internet/wireless entry: The Promotion consists of an Instant Win Game and a Sweepstakes. To play the Instant Win Game and enter the Sweepstakes, go to the Website during the Promotion Entry Period. Eligible Participants will be required to log in with their email address and password. If you choose to enter the Promotion via a smartphone, iPad, or tablet (which is not necessary to enter the Promotion), standard carrier-specific wireless rates and all applicable taxes apply depending upon the entrant's wireless pricing plan. Other carrier-specific rates and applicable taxes may also apply in accordance with entrant's wireless customer agreements.    After logging in to the Website and accessing the Promotion page, you may click on the "Games/Sweepstakes" tab. To play the Game, click on the "Start" button to activate the Game during the Promotion Entry Period. You will be presented with three (3) questions. For each question, select an answer by clicking on it (an "Instant Win Play"). Each Instant Win Play may result in one (1) entry ("Entry") into the Sweepstakes Drawing for a maximum of three (3) Entries per Instant Win Play. During the Promotion Entry Period, randomly selected times will be designated, and the first Eligible Participant with an Instant Win Play in accordance with the online instructions and whose Instant Win Play is properly received and recorded by Sponsor's computer on or immediately after a randomly designated time may win an Instant Win Prize ("Instant Win Prize"), as set forth above, subject to verification and the Instant Win Prize limits set forth in Section 5 below. If your screen says you are an Instant Winner, you will also automatically receive an Entry into the Sweepstakes Drawing.    2) Mail-in entry : Complete the Official Entry Form in the direct mail piece by confirming your name, address, and telephone number and signing your full legal name to certify that you are a smoker, 21 years of age or older, and send it to the address indicated to receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes Random Drawing for a chance to win the Sweepstakes Grand Prize or complete an Official Entry Form available (while supplies last) at select retail locations by printing your name, address, birth date and telephone number and signing your full legal name to certify that you are a smoker, 21 years of age or older, and send it to the address indicated to receive one (1) Sweepstakes Entry into the Sweepstakes Random Drawing for a chance to win the Sweepstakes Grand Prize. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2019, and received by August 7, 2019. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, stolen, damaged, illegible, or postage-due entries or mail. An original Official Entry Form must be used to enter the Sweepstakes via the mail-in method of entry; no copies or mechanical reproductions of entry forms will be accepted. All Official Entry Forms must be signed certifying that you are a smoker, 21 years of age or older.
   All Instant Win Plays must be received and recorded during the Promotion Entry Period.
3. LIMIT: (1) Instant Win Play that may result in up to (3) Sweepstakes Entries per day.
4. LIMIT: (2) mail-in Sweepstakes Entries per Promotion Entry Period.
6. The number of Instant Win Prizes available to be won will decrease during the Promotion Entry Period as Instant Win Prizes are awarded and claimed. Sponsor's server is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion. For purposes of this Promotion, a "day" is defined as a twenty-four-hour time period beginning at midnight (12:00:00 AM) ET of a calendar day and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET on the same calendar day during the Promotion Entry Period; and a "month" is defined as the calendar day beginning on the first day of the month and ending on the last day of the month. All entries must be received by midnight (11:59:59 PM) ET on July 31, 2019.
   If an Eligible Participant fails to execute an Instant Win Play on a given day for any reason, such Eligible Participant forfeits such Instant Win Play for that day. A given Eligible Participant's Instant Win Plays for one (1) day cannot be saved or combined with such Eligible Participant's Instant Win Plays for any other day; each day's Instant Win Plays by a given Eligible Participant is a separate and independent event. Further, different Eligible Participants cannot combine their Instant Win Plays in any way. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to submit an Instant Win Play more than once per day is prohibited. Any attempt by any person to submit more than one Instant Win Play per day using multiple/different registrations or any other methods will void all of that person's Instant Win Plays. The Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to Eligible Participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading or copying materials from, or use of, the Website.

If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion and randomly determine Instant Winners from eligible, non-suspect Instant Win Plays received prior to action being taken or as otherwise deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. BINDING ARBITRATION: The decisions of the Sponsor and the Administrator are final on all matters relating to the Promotion including, without limitation, the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be settled by binding arbitration in a location determined by the arbitrator as set forth herein (provided that such location is reasonably convenient for claimant), or at such other location as may be mutually agreed upon by the parties in accordance with the procedural rules for commercial disputes set forth in the Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures of JAMS ("JAMS Rules and Procedures") then prevailing, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
