ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Hawaii) and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, The Bancorp Bank, Administrator, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) and each of their immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void in Hawaii and where prohibited or restricted by law.
Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. For purposes of the Sweepstakes, an entrant’s residential address and e-mail address will be the physical address and e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Entrants will not be allowed to change their physical address or e-mail address.

3. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes as described below:

A. Purchase Method of Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, begin the entry process by purchasing a new Vanilla® Visa® Gift Card or Vanilla® Mastercard® Gift Card (in any denomination) from a participating retailer (“Qualifying Purchase”). Vanilla® Mastercard Gift Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank pursuant to a license by Mastercard International Incorporated. Mastercard is a registered trademark, and the circles design is a trademark of Mastercard International Incorporated. Vanilla® Visa Gift Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Cards may be used only at merchants in the U.S. and District of Columbia where Debit Mastercard or Visa debit cards are accepted. See Cardholder Agreement for details. The Bancorp Bank, Member FDIC. The purchaser is eligible to receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry per Qualifying Purchase after completing the registration process described in this paragraph. Up to ten (10) gift cards, i.e., ten Qualifying Purchases, may be purchased in any single transaction to receive up to ten (10) Sweepstakes entries per day. Qualifying Purchases must be made during the Sweepstakes Period. B. Free/Alternate Method of Entry: To participate without making a purchase, anyone meeting the eligibility requirements in Section 2 above may visit https://winner-wonderland.com/amoe and follow the links and instructions to enter the Sweepstakes.

Limit: Regardless of the method of entry, there is a limit of ten (10) entries per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a day is defined as starting at 12:00 AM ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET except on November 9, 2018 when the day will start at 10:00 AM ET.

Additional Sweepstakes Entries: During the Sweepstakes Period, an entrant may obtain up to a total of (10) additional Sweepstakes entries by sharing the Sweepstakes on Facebook and/or Twitter and following the instructions provided here and on the Website. By clicking the share button, a message with a unique link will post to the entrant’s choice of his/her Facebook Wall or Twitter Feed (“Invitation Post”). The next step needed to obtain the additional entry requires the entrant’s Facebook friend or Twitter follower to click on the unique link in the Invitation Post and complete and submit their own registration form and enter the Sweepstakes.
Upon the friend or follower’s successful entry into the Sweepstakes, the original entrant receives (1) additional Sweepstakes entry.

An entrant may receive (1) entry for each friend/follower who enters the Sweepstakes by following the unique link in his/her Invitation Post, up to maximum of (5) such additional entries for Facebook Invitation Posts and (5) total entries for Twitter Invitation Posts completed during the Sweepstakes

An entrant will receive no more than (460) entries during the Sweepstakes Period.

If more than the maximum number of entries are received from the same person, telephone number and/or e-mail address, the entries will be disqualified.

4. RANDOM DRAWING: On or around the dates set forth in the chart in Section 1 the Administrator will randomly select the potential winner(s) from all eligible entries received. There will be a total of one hundred eight (108) potential winners selected during the entire Sweepstakes Period. A. TOTAL ARV: The total ARV of all prizes is $49,932.

B. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a prize during each Entry Period will depend on the number of Sweepstakes entries received during the applicable Entry Period.
The odds of winning a prize during the final weekly drawing will depend on the number of Sweepstakes entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

C. General Conditions:

There is a limit of (1) prize per person/household.

“Pizza for a year” prize is awarded as five (5) $100 gift cards. Calculation based on an estimate of a pizza order every two (2) weeks with an average bill of $19 for one (1) year. The use of a gift card is subject to the terms and conditions set forth thereon which shall govern the use of the gift card. Use of a gift card constitutes the user’s acceptance of the terms and conditions so the winner should read the terms and conditions on the gift card carefully. Winners must protect the gift card and treat the gift card as he/she would any other valuable document. The gift cards will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. The gift cards will not be replaced or replenished if it lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or used without the winners’ permission and will be voided if altered or defaced.

*The AMC Movie Ticket are exchange items (must be exchanged for actual ticket) valid for one admission and redeemable at any AMC, AMC Loews, AMC Showplace, Cineplex Odeon, Magic Johnson and Star Theatres, excluding Canadian theatres. AMC Tickets are exchange items that are NOT eligible toward earning AMC Stubs rewards either at time of purchase or time of redemption. Value of 4-pack of Movie Tickets based on average 2D movie ticket cost of $12.50 per ticket.

6. HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: After each random weekly drawing, Administrator will notify the potential winner by e-mail sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of registration. Before being declared a winner the potential winner of any prize valued at or over $600 is required to sign and execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release and tax acknowledgment (“Affidavit”). Each potential winner (if applicable) must return a fully executed and notarized Affidavit to the Sponsor or its authorized designee within ten (10) calendar days from the date it is postmarked as having been sent to the potential winner or the prize may (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) be forfeited. If a potential winner is disqualified, found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept a prize, or in the event the potential winner fails to return a fully executed and notarized Affidavit within the ten (10) calendar day deadline (if applicable), the prize may be forfeited. If a prize is forfeited, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If, after a good-faith attempt, Sponsor is unable to award or deliver a prize, the prize may not be re-awarded.
Sponsor will attempt notification of each potential winner as set forth above, but Sponsor is not responsible for any undelivered e-mails, including without limitation e-mails not received because of a winner’s privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any Sweepstakes-related e-mail, including any winner notification e-mail, to a spam or junk folder. DISPUTES: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN THE OAKLAND COUNTY, MICHIGAN. PUBLICITY RIGHTS: By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to allow the Sponsor and Sponsor’s designee the perpetual right to use his/her name, address (city and state), biographical information, likeness, picture and other information and content provided in connection with the Sweepstakes for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes in all media worldwide including, but not limited to, on television and the Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

11. GENERAL: Any attempted form of participation in this Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void. Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to disqualify any entrant found or suspected, in their sole and absolute discretion, to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike manner or with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of this Sweepstakes. Each entrant may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or the prize documents will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. No entrant shall have the right to modify or amend these Official Rules. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect. All entries and/or materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and Sweepstakes details contained in any promotional materials (including but not limited to point of sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.
