Sprint $35,000 Home Makeover Sweepstakes Official Rules No Purchase Required to Enter or Win

1. Eligibility: Sprint’s $35,000 Home Makeover Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen years of age or older. Employees of Sprint Communications Company L.P., or other companies associated with the promotion of the Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Sprint Communications Company L.P. (the “Sponsor”).

3. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

4. Entry Periods: The Sweepstakes begins on March 8, 2019 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on April 4, 2019 at 11:59:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”). Entries are only valid during this period. The Sponsor’s computer, or that of its designee, runs the official clock for the Sweepstakes and will solely determine the time by which an entry is received.

5. How to Enter: No Purchase Necessary. During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant must visit www.sprint.com/homemakeover (“Website”) and enter his/her valid e-mail address. If it is the entrant’s first time at the Website, the entrant must provide the required registration information including, but not limited to, his/her first and complete last name (no initials), date of birth, mobile number, street address (no P.O. Boxes will be allowed), city, state, and zip code, and current mobile carrier. Entrant will earn one Sweepstakes entry for registering or logging-in.

Limit: There is a limit of one Sweepstakes entry per calendar day during the Promotion Period.

In the event that a household enters the Promotion using more than five unique e-mail addresses, all of the Game Plays/entries associated with that household (determined by Sponsor or Administrator in their sole discretion) may be disqualified.

Bonus Sweepstakes Entries:

During the Promotion Period, after an entrant has registered, he/she may earn bonus Sweepstakes Entries by completing the following activities:

This action can be completed one time during the Promotion Period. For existing Sprint customers who add a new line of service, the extra entries will be applied to the primary account holder. For existing Sprint customers who upgrade their phone, the extra entries will be applied to both the subscriber that has upgraded and the primary account holder if they both have registered for the sweepstakes.

Free Method: To earn bonus Sweepstakes entries without upgrading, adding a new line of service or switching to Sprint, an eligible entrant may hand-write his/her complete name (no initials), valid e-mail address, street address (P.O. C. Play the Instant Win Game: After registering or logging-in, the entrant may then follow the on-screen instructions to play the Instant Win Game (“Game Play”). After the Game Play, the entrant will receive notification on the Website screen as to whether he/she is a potential “Instant Winner” (“Notification”). Each entrant will automatically receive one bonus entry into the Sweepstakes after playing the Instant Win Game. Each entrant who receives a winning Notification will be deemed a potential Instant Winner subject to verification of the entrant’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. An entrant is not a winner of any prize, even if the Notification should so indicate, unless and until entrant’s eligibility and the potential winning Game Play have been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Any Game Play that occurs after the system has failed for any reason is deemed a defective play, is void, and will not be honored.

D. Tweet @Sprint on Twitter: The content included in the bonus entry will not be judged or used in any way to determine the winners.

III. and Compose a new Tweet sharing a photo of your home makeover projects, including the hashtag “#HomeMakeoverSweepstakes” to receive (1) bonus entry into the Sweepstakes

Twitter: An entrant can create a Twitter account at no cost by visiting www.twitter.com. Please note that an entrant must agree to comply with the Twitter Terms of Service (https://twitter.com/en/tos) and Privacy Policy (https://twitter.com/privacy). The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter and Twitter does not have any responsibility or liability regarding the conduct or administration of the Promotion or prizes. Entrants agree to release Twitter from any and all liability associated with this Promotion.

E. Upload a Photo: During the Promotion Period, an entrant may follow the links and instructions on the Website to upload a photo of the room you would remodel to the Home Makeover album. Photos must be in .JPEG, .JPG, or .GIF format (no PDFs will be accepted) and may not exceed 8 MB. Upon the successful submission of the Photo upload, an entrant will receive one bonus entry into the Sweepstakes.

There is a limit of two Photo uploads during the Promotion Period but only one bonus entry will be awarded

6. Drawing: On or about April 19, 2019, the Sponsor will select the potential winners in a random drawing of all eligible Entries received for the Entry Period. The odds of being selected as a potential winner depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner on or about April 30, 2019. If the prize goes unclaimed after three attempts to contact the potential winner the prize will not be awarded.
In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same email address, the authorized subscriber of the email account at the time of Entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual (and void his/her Entry) it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Sweepstakes or website, intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant, Sponsor, or any of its representatives or to otherwise be acting in violation of these Official Rules.

7. Requirements of Potential Winner: Potential winner will be required to complete and return [1] an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (the “Affidavit/Release”) and [2] an IRS Form W-9 and furnish his/her social security number that will be used only for the purpose of reporting the Winner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service, as required by law within five days of being notified. D. Odds of Winning/Limit: The odds of winning the Sweepstakes Prize depend on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received during the Promotion Period. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Twitter, Sponsor, their parent companies, officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors that may prevent an entrant from submitting an entry; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

J. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Kansas. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Kansas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Kansas or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Kansas.

K. Winners List: To obtain a list of winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped business-sized envelope to: Sprint $35,000 Home Makeover Sweepstakes – Winners List Request, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325. Winners’ List requests must be received by May 4, 2019
