Rules 2019 Shasta® 130 Years of Flavor Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. CONTEST OPEN TO ELIGIBLE LEGAL RESIDENTS WITHIN THE 50 STATES OF UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.
1. ELIGIBILITY: 2019 Shasta® 130 Years of Flavor Official Rules (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 States of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
VOID WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Sponsor’s employees and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members or employees or immediate family members or household members of Sponsor’s affiliated companies, suppliers or agents assisting Sponsor with this Promotion (“Promotion Entities”) are not eligible to enter or win.
Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Entrant’s participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
2. ENTRY PERIOD: The Promotion begins on or about January 7, 2019 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time and ends on January 31, 2019 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time (“Promotion Period”)
Each week’s Sweepstake during the length of this promotion will have a specified entry period that will be stated Sponsor’s Facebook Page. Sponsor’s (or its authorized representatives) computers or server is the official time keeping device for all matters related to the Promotion.
All time referenced is Pacific Time.

After you complete the Entry, you will be invited to follow @ShastaSodas on Twitter. Watch a Video
After you complete the Entry, you will be invited to watch a brand video. You must watch the brand video to the end to be awarded an additional entry.
Vote for Your Favorite Flavor
After you complete the Entry, you will be invited to choose an image of your favorite Shasta flavor. You must select (1) image to be awarded an additional entry.
Refer Friends for Extra Entries
After you complete the Entry, you will be invited to refer friends to enter the Sweepstakes drawing by sharing a unique link to the sweepstakes. If, at any time during the Entry Period, you wish to refer friends to the sweepstakes (optional), click where indicated and you will have options to copy a unique referral link that can be sent to friends or you can share the unique referral link to Facebook. You will be entered an additional time into the Sweepstakes drawing each time a person enters the sweepstakes via the unique referral link that you have shared. If no other person enters the Sweepstakes via the unique referral link you have shared, you will not receive any additional entries.
All Entries become the property of Sponsor. The Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy apply to your use of the Website. Please read them carefully.
Mass entry attempts (other than as permitted above) may result in disqualification of all entries by such person. Entries must be manually key-stroked by the entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties, are prohibited. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
