    • Streak for the Seats Challenge: During the Promotion Period, visit the Web Site (RufflesStreak.com) to register and answer questions corresponding to upcoming 2019 NBA Playoff games (each an “NBA Playoff Game”). For each NBA Playoff Game, Sponsor will present a minimum of one (1) question per NBA Playoff Game. Questions will be displayed on the Web Site at least one (1) day prior to the game date and in the order the games are scheduled to play (or as otherwise determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion). Once you have registered for the Promotion, answer the questions in the order they are presented and within the allotted time frame. When you answer a question correctly, your streak begins. Continue to correctly answer all of the questions for each NBA Playoff Game and your streak continues.
      • If for any reason, including fault of Sponsor or its agents, or events or non-events outside of Sponsor’s control, a question’s outcome does not occur, rendering neither of the potential answers correct, that question will not count toward the Promotion. The question will be voided and the participant’s streak will remain as it was at the end of the previous question. The decision to void a question is Sponsor’s at its sole discretion.
      • For the entire Promotion Period: If you skip an NBA Playoff Game question or if you incorrectly answer an NBA Playoff Game question, your streak ends. If your streak ends, visit the Web Site to view the next NBA Playoff Game question(s) and answer that question or questions (as applicable) correctly to start a new streak.
      Grand Prize winner determination: The participant with the “longest streak” at the end of the Promotion Period will win the Grand Prize. The longest streak shall be defined as the individual who answers the most consecutive questions correctly within the Promotion Period. In the case of a tie, the tied participants with the longest streaks shall be entered into a random drawing to determine the Grand Prize Winner.
      • Grand Prize Drawing (only in the case of a tie for the longest streak): One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about one (1) business day following the final NBA Conference Finals game from among all eligible participants (those tied for the longest streak in the Streak for the Seats Challenge) by the Judges, whose decisions shall be final. Odds of winning the Grand Prize if a random drawing is needed depend on the number of eligible entries (as described above) received.

Travel, accommodations, and game are subject to availability and change. If winner lives within two hundred fifty (250) miles of the destination city, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation. Ground transportation, meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are solely winner’s responsibility. All travel subject to availability, government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport or other transportation terminal (or other types of transportation) restrictions and regulations. Other restrictions may apply. Selection of airline and overnight accommodations, are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any minor guest (under age of 18; 19 in AL or NE) must be accompanied at all times by minor's parent or legal guardian who must be the winner. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Prizes won by an eligible participant who is a minor in his or her state of residence may be awarded to minor’s parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all required documents, if any. Potential Instant-Win Prize winners will receive an email within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving a prize-winning message during their online session at the Web Site. The email will contain instructions on how to submit the prize-claim form. The prize-claim form must be completed and submitted within five (5) days of email notification. The Grand Prize winner will be notified by email, phone and/or mail. DISCLAIMER: Bag Codes are void if not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels, or if any part is defective, altered, duplicated, photocopied, forged, counterfeited, mutilated or tampered with in any way, or if Bag Codes contain or are the result of printing, seeding, typographical, mechanical or other errors, or do not contain proper security devices.
