SELECTION OF SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS: Grand Prize Sweepstakes – (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible Entries received on or about May 6, 2019 (“Grand Prize Winner”). Weekly Sweepstakes –(5) winners will be selected at random from all eligible Entries for each Week for a total of (30) winners on the applicable date in the chart above (“Weekly Winner(s)”). All winners will be determined via a random drawing by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. The odds of winning a prize will be determined by the number of eligible Entries received.

VERIFICATION OF SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS: Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by e-mail, (1) business day (“Notification”) from the date winner is selected. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, and/or IRS Form W-9, where permitted, a publicity release, background check permission forms

“Winner” shall mean and refer to each Grand Prize Winner and Weekly Prize Winner. “Prize” shall mean and refer to each Grand Prize and Weekly Prize.

For Grand Prize:
All members of the Group: (i) will be required to execute and return a Release of Liability (and other documents, if any) prior to participation in the Trip; (ii) are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documents (valid photo I.D., credit card, passport, etc.) before departure; and (iii) are responsible for any picture identification requirements associated with air travel. Grand Prize Winner is required to have and present at least one major credit card in good standing in order to check into the hotel.
All expenses in connection with Trip not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the Grand Prize Winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to: round trip transportation between the Grand Prize Winner’s residence and the Airport of Origin, transportation meals, hotel room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, tips, gratuities, service charges or taxes.

The Grand Prize Winner understands and agrees that Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and remove any member of the Group from any activity at any time if such Group member’s behavior at any point is disruptive or may or does cause damage to person, property or the reputation of Sponsor, or an affiliate, or otherwise violates the rules or policies of the Sponsor. The Grand Prize Winner acknowledges that he/she is solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any Guest related to any Sweepstakes-related activity or travel. Any portion of the Trip not accepted by Grand Prize Winner will be forfeited. Trip components are subject to change without notice.

Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent and on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice.

Trip must be taken between the following dates June 1st, 2019 through July 31st, 2019 (subject to change as determined by Sponsor).

If any member of the Group cannot travel on the dates specified by Sponsor or is unwilling to travel for any reason, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety, the Sponsor will have no further obligation to the Grand Prize Winner, and the Grand Prize may be awarded to an alternate Grand Prize Winner who will be selected in a random drawing.

Flight details are subject to availability and airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. Group must travel together on the same itinerary and must travel from the same Airport of Origin. No extensions will be granted. The Trip may not be combined with any other offer, and travel may not qualify for frequent flier miles, award points or other perquisites. None of the Released Parties are responsible for lost or mutilated tickets and none will be replaced. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. The hotel accommodations and airline tickets will be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If any portion of the Grand Prize is not available for any reason then the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that portion of the Grand Prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Certain restrictions, as determined by Sponsor, may apply. If the Group cannot comply with these restrictions or any portion of these Rules, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate Grand Prize Winner may be chosen, if time permits.

All taxes (including, without limitation, U.S. federal, state and local taxes (including, but not limited to income and withholding taxes), sales taxes) on or connected with the Prize, and the reporting consequences thereof, are solely the responsibility of the Winner. Grand Prize Winner will be required to supply his/her social security number to Sponsor for Sponsor to issue an IRS 1099 tax form in the value of the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the final actual value of his/her Grand Prize. In the event of a disqualification or Grand Prize forfeiture, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select or not select an alternate Grand Prize Winner and award or not award the forfeited Grand Prize, time permitting.

For Grand and Weekly Prizes:

If the actual value of the Prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Prize is not redeemable for cash. No substitution allowed except, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, the Prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Prize. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Prize elements may not be separated, and tickets will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Prize will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible Entries are received. If Prize remains unclaimed after July 31st, 2019, then no alternate Winner will be selected, nor unclaimed Prize awarded. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Rules, these Rules shall prevail and govern. All federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the Winners. Prize winners must accept the prize as stated or prize may be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate prize winner. Prizes are non-transferable in whole or in part except at the discretion of Sponsor. Prize winners shall bear all risk of loss or damage to prize upon being awarded to prize winners and Sponsor does not have any obligation or responsibility to replace prize if lost, damaged or stolen. Prizes will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee. Sponsor has not made nor in any manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize thereof, including but not limited to its quality, condition, appearance, safety, performance. Sponsor is not responsible for any fees, costs, or additional charges resulting from an entrant or prize winner entering and participating in the Promotion and/or being awarded and/or receiving and/or using a prize.

Any depiction of prizes (or any part thereof) is for illustrative purposes only. Sponsor is responsible only for prize delivery and are not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise.
The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By accepting the prizes, the winner agrees to the release or his or her name, likeness, and/or entry (ies) for potential publicity purposes, where permitted by law.
