Miller Lite prize not received

My son won the Miller Lite socks in their Ugly Christmas sweater sweeps but never received them. He emailed them and their reply was that all the prizes had been mailed out and they are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Did anybody else have this problem? I thought their response could have been worded in a nicer way.

I won a hat and never received it. Perhaps it was lost in the mail. Just keep sweeping.

Maybe it will show up.

Another thing to consider is that it was only one prize per household. If more than one member won only one would be sent. Don't know if that was the case for you and yours.
